Each manufacturing process in the drinks and foodstuffs industry is linked to the concepts of movement and transportation, including the manufacture of intermediate products such as sugar syrup, the conditioning of raw materials during the manufacturing process and the filling stage for liquid end products. For dry transport over short and medium distances, Miteco offers classic mechanical and pneumatic conveying systems. However, in many cases, a hydraulic conveying system may be a better alternative. Wetting directly at the feeding point and the subsequent hydraulic transportation system forms an excellent pre-mixing process and means that the energy used for the system as a whole is used for more than just non-productive transportation. In addition, the expensive measures required by ATEX guidelines do not apply to the construction and operation of hydraulic conveying systems. Reagents and concentrates delivered in liquids can be incorporated into the production process quickly and safely using Miteco emptying stations. Miteco distribution units are designed to be very reliable and simple to operate.
