Crystal sugar

Refined crystal sugar can be introduced straight into the manufacturing process. However, a basic prerequisite when working with this material is to treat it properly from the moment it is incorporated into the production process. Miteco offers the right solution for all stages of sugar processing, from storage in a silo, feeding from a Big Bag and mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic conveying and distribution systems to dissolving and blending units for simple syrup, mixed syrups and final syrup with additional ingredients. The cold dissolving unit Contisolv®-C and the hot dissolving unit Contisolv®-H far exceed other processes in terms of efficiency of the blending technology used. In addition, their comparatively low working temperatures significantly reduce energy costs.
