Mixed milk drinks, of which there are an increasing number of new and highly specific types, have conquered all regional markets across the world. Dissolving milk powder is not the only important process in the manufacture of these products – the metering and blending of various additives, from dry powders such as fibre to flavours, syrup, sweeteners and sensitive wet fruit preparations, is also very important. Mixed milk drinks are products that often require particularly gentle treatment. Miteco mixing and dissolving processes using the Radial Jet Mixer® and the Coaxial Injector® completely fulfil this requirement. The cold dissolving unit Contisolv®-C uses these key technologies and handles the product very gently at very low working temperatures.
